Dana graduated with honors in Spanish from Davidson College and immediately pursued her Masters in Spanish in Spanish Literature from New York University in Madrid. She taught in New York City in the Bronx before moving to Fort Collins and teaching at a Charter School in Loveland.
Her passion for reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders and the tragedy of suicide began long before her involvement with the Suicide Resource Center. She has been at the Suicide Resource Center as the Executive Director since July 2008.

Nikki graduated from South Dakota State University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Human Development & Family Studies, and a minor in Sociology.
After graduation, she completed her internship as a Volunteer Program Assistant with the Ronald McDonald Houses of Portland, OR. In this position, she interviewed potential volunteers and determined if they would be a good match for the organization; trained new volunteers; planned and coordinated a volunteer recognition event.
After this internship, she worked for a nonprofit Christian adoption agency as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. She managed the Kazakhstan adoption program; coordinated travel arrangements for families traveling overseas to adopt; handled all adoption paperwork.
